Looking Back And To The Future – Quick Start Challenge

If you have read any of my other blog posts, you would know that I have been in the Internet Marketing business for nearly three years now.

Three years, it seems like yesterday, that I decided to do something on the Internet. Times flies and my money flies also. I have spent a lot of money to get started, and I have seen a very small amount come back through sales.

With this blog post, I just want to recap about the last three years. I have had a few mentors, and all were very good, and experts in their fields. I am very grateful for their expertise because without them I would not be where I am today.

At this very moment, I am still being coached on product creation. I am in the process of creating my very first product as we speak and hope to launch it sometime this year.

Although, product creation is very time-consuming, well it is for me, I have found time to take on another challenge. Over the last three years, I have built a relatively small list of about 600 subscribers and generated about $730 dollars. It is not what you can call a life-changing amount of money, but it is at least an acknowledgment, that what I have learned in the last three years works.

About the challenge, I was just talking about. With this challenge, I hope to boost my sales and build my list much faster. I am confident that I will succeed in what I started three years ago, and see a major change in my life.

Of course, it is not all about money, but with money, you can do the things that you like to do. In my case, I am retired and do not have a job to quit, but with this extra money, I can see my daughter through college, give my wife the things she likes, go on holidays when and where I like, and of course, do the things that make me happy.

Three very experienced Internet Markers host this challenge, called the Quick Start Challenge. Their names are Dean Holland, Craig Crawford, and JF Garsula.

This challenge will take 4 to 5 weeks, and with their training, I will see results, maybe not life-changing results, but results. After that, I can leverage on what I have been taught in the Quick Start Challenge.

I will keep you posted on my progress.

I would love to hear what you think about this blog post. You can leave your comments below…

  1. Frank,
You have a great looking blog! Persistence will overcome much and I believe will make you successful…and you certainly have persistence.

I’m glad to see that you’ve had some success and that you are taking part in a couple of coaching programs. I’m doing the same thing, although I’ve just started my blog within the last month.

Good luck with your product. I am also in the process of putting together my own product. I’m excited for both of us. Here’s to us both seeing much success!

    1. Leslie,

Thanks for stopping by. That I have had some success is true but it’s not what my goal was. Due to a wrong mindset, procrastinating too much, and just not completing everything I started out to do, is why I haven’t reached my goal yet.

Creating a first product can take a long time due to not knowing the whole creation process, but with my mentor it’s a step by step process from creating, launching and promoting to get the sales needed to make a profit. With your own product you are able to make more money then with just affiliate marketing.

Joining the Quick Start Challenge is for me a opportunity to monetize the knowledge I gathered the last three years, and do it the way the big boys make big money. I’m very positive that many of us will make some serious money after completing the Quick Start Challenge.

Maybe that you and me will be one of them.

      To your success
      – Frank

  2. Hi Frank, I look forward to seeing your product later in the year and good luck with the launch. Good luck as well with the Quick Start Challenge – interested to see your results and successes with it over the next few weeks.

    1. Hi Rich,

Thanks for stopping by. I am also very interested to see the results of you and all the other students of the Quick Start Challenge. I’m certain that there will be some major surprises for some students to final see how success is made..

      To your success

  3. Hi Frank, good to hear you’ve got a sound plan of action with the Quick Start Challenge. Would be great to hear how you get on with it?

How’s the product creation coming along then?

I’m currently trying to find a niche myself and it’s not as easy as I was hoping it would be to be honest.

Do you have any hints or tips to make it a bit simpler?

    Great blog by the way.

    Cheers

    Jon

    1. Hi Jon,

The Quick Start Challenge is a 4 week coaching program of Dean Holland that I just recently have joined. I’m still very busy with the PTS 2013 program, but due to some personnel issues, need some catching up to do.

The Quick Start Challenge is something I doing to challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone.

I will be posting over the Quick Start Challenge, so you can follow my progress here.

I just commented on your blog about finding a niche. Maybe it will help you.

  4. Hi Frank
I like your blog and I applaud you for taking action. Following this challenge will push us probably sometimes to the limits but sticking with it might lead us to the success we expect and wish for.
I wish you lots of success and the best of luck and I will be back to read more about your challenge journey.
    Reto

    1. Hi Reto,

I agree that we need to be pushed out of our comfort zone if to be successful. I needed this Quick start Challenge to do this, and I’m expecting that all the hard work will pay off in the future.

    1. Hi Shane,

Thanks for commenting. I been busy with this blog for a couple of years now. I’ve changed so much in those years, trashed posts I did not like and created new one. Used different themes until I found one I could work with. It all takes time but the most important part is that you have an online presence.

  5. Frank – Thanks very much for your comment about my video on the quick start challenge. Your comment was the first. Hope your new product does well for you.

    – Neill

  6. hey frank – have to say your blog looks great and from the work I’ve put into my own I can see you’re dedicated to making this work for you. Hope to have mine looking like this someday 🙂

    1. Hi John,

You must remember that I have had this blog for about 2 years and revamp’t it several times. In time you will have your blog the way you want it to be…

      – Frank

  7. Hi Frank,
I like your site. It’s very visually appealing.
I also like the way you told your story on the “about” page. It’s given me some ideas about how to structure my own “about” page.

Good luck on the video. You’ve got so much experience in IM, it should be a breeze for you. I look forward to seeing it.

    See you in the challenge!

    1. Hi Teri,

Thank you for coming by. Experience I do have in some areas but in creating a video none so ever. This is something I need to do because when you create a product, it is nearly a must to have, besides an eBook, a series of educational videos.

      – Frank

  8. Hello Frank: This well-laid out attractive website is another reminder to me this evening as I go blog-hopping that I need to spend sometime on my new website. I like content creation, and don’t dive into the visual part. In a very expensive coaching program (my last huge investment) I became confused and lost in the product creation process. The steps probably weren’t laid out as well as what you describe. In any case, I expect the Quick Start Challenge to be life-changing and a major turning point for me–I hope you can build your vision to that point ;-). In any case, I’m glad to know you a bit and wish you well on your Internet Success path. Anne

    1. Hi Anne,

Thanks for stopping by. To bad that you last investment in a expensive coaching program didn’t work out for you. I do believe that the Quick Start Challenge is a stepping stone for a lot of marketers to boost their online presence and make some money doing so. How much money, all depends on the action you take, and never quit.

See you on the Quick Start Challenge

      – Frank
